- pick up a basic fuller's earth clay from any health-food store
- 1 tsp honey
- water
- favorite essential oil
Mix half and half of clay and water and add a bit of honey. Then
add a few drops of the essential oil. However, if clay is too dry,
add more water. Keep mask on for 15 minutes and rinse off with a
steaming washcloth. This mask works very well in neutralizing skin.
Rose Mask for Combination
Skin
- 6 fresh rose petals
- 2 tsps rosewater
- 1 tsp natural yogurt at room temperature
- 1 tsp runny honey
Soak rose petals and crush them in a bowl. Then add the rosewater, yogurt and honey. When the ingredients are well mixed, leave on face for 10 minutes and rinse off with water. This mask is perfect for balancing out the oily and dry areas of skin.

Dry Skin
People with dry skin use a mask for very different reasons than those with oily skin. Using a moisture mask will help better rejuvenate and plump skin.
Milk Mask for Dry Skin
- 1 tsp powdered milk
- 1 tsp runny honey
- 1 tsp aloe vera gel
- 2 drops essential oil
Mix ingredients well and apply to face. Leave it for 15 minutes and
wash off with warm water. This recipe provides notice immediately
smoother, softer skin.
Mature Skin
People with mature skin should apply a firming mask that can boost skin moisture content which will reduce fine lines caused by skin dehydration.
Sugar Mask for Mature Skin
- 3 tsps sugar
- 4 tsps warm water
Dissolve sugar with warm water and massage onto face. Leave it for about 10 minutes and rinse off with water. This mask is good for maturing skin and will help soften the wrinkle lines.
Banana Mask for Wrinkles
- a ripe banana
Mash ¼ ripe banana until very creamy and apply on face and
leave for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and use cold water
to close the pores. This will give the appearance of a more youthful,
firmer face.
Dull Skin
People with dull skin are suitable for an exfoliating mask to smoothen skin as well as boost skin radiance.
Yogurt Mask for Dull Skin
- 2 tsps plain yogurt
- apricot kernel oil
- petitgrain oil
- chamomile oil
- sandalwood oil
Whisk plain yogurt and apricot kernel oil together gently. Cover the
mixture and store in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. Then remove the
mixture from the fridge and add in one by one of petitgrain oil, chamomile
oil and sandalwood oil. After that, whisk them well and gently massage
the facial mask into the entire face, except for the surrounding eye
area. Wait 10 minutes, then gently rinse off the facial mask with
cool water. This gentle facial mask helps exfoliate the outer layer
of skin, helping to restore the skin natural color and leaving skin

Yogurt and Egg Mask
- 1 tsp plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vitamin E oil
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl, and then apply it to breasts

it on and leave it for 20-25 minutes.
Finally rinse it off with warm water. This recipe is very simple to
prepare a soothing and firming treatment for all types of breasts.
